Yes, it's a first release in France: the release date of the BD was december 2103 but WB didn't release any steelbooks in France from may 2013 (last was the first Hobbit, in april) to july 2014 (300: rise of an empire)
It's happening the same in UK (last WB steelbook in UK was American sniper, in january 2015, excluding the inevitable Hobbit: tbo5a EE a couple of months ago: no Jupiter ascending, Mad max fury: road, San Andreas, The man from U.N.C.L.E. in 2015, and no sign of Pan, In the heart of the sea in 2016...)
