Don't own the X steelbook (I have the mediabook) but the Pearl steelbook is damn nice, however, that is a Turbine release. Hopefully Capelights quality is as good as Turbines.
Definitely no streaky finish on the Pearl steelbook.

X Steelbook

Unless the German steelbook is different from the Midnight Factory one? I though they were all the same. The videos on YouTube of the German steelbook are dark and don't show the finish in bright enough light for me to see if there is any difference. Regardless, the new steelbook for Maxxxine won't really match the other 2.

Wasn't keen on the x steel so went for the Media book with mia goth on the front with the wooden x.. pearl steel is really nice.. hopefully maxxine is too

It's also basically free, if you had points from previous orders, as they cannot be used for anything else – only some items they offer to exchange them for. Too bad I already bought it earlier elsewhere...
