It appears even a seemingly derivative and predictable 'Liam Neeson action movie' like this is actually based on a book, and a remake at that, of a 2003 Belgian film De Zaak Alzheimer.
I just mentioned that Dual was made 100% in Finland, instead of even cheaper Bulgaria, well this one is a Bulgarian film with a Bulgarian crew and some of the cast. Doesn't feel or look as bad and cheap, as some DTV movies with Cage, or Lundgren, or Willis.
Except for 1 shootout, and a couple of short beat ups, there isn't much action, or Neeson to see, sadly. Story is predictable, although I was really saddened by the death of a pretty hotel prostitute, played by Stella Stocker.
Overall it's better, than Neeson's previous Blacklight, but worse than all the rest, disappointing after all.
