The HK-Blu-ray is definitely cut.
Weird, but dvdcompare.net is usually reliable so ... if it has something to do that HK version has SD footage inserted and some was cut out ??

Sorry, cannot help you more. Actually have never seen these. But you can always sent a mail and ask. To Rewind and Massacre Video. Worth a try ...
Btw, back in the day contributed some dvd specs to Rewind.
If sites are reporting it as uncut the time difference could be down to extra studio logos at the start or end of the movie in the HK release. Also, the HK version may have been censored with alternate footage rather than simply removing things, so doesn't necessarily have to be shorter.
