I spoke to Support at EA and they informed me if I purchased the Amazon.de Steelbook and played it in the US that you can change the language to English and all the dialog will install in English. They also said it will work in a US PS4 and it is not region locked.

Anyone have any experience with this, know if this is entirely true?

It's not bad, repetitious if anything. I just get pissed when i lose all of my SP that i've built up because a cop will wreck me before i make it make to the hideout to bank it.

Looks nice but I'm not a fan of how they made the title on the spine because they wanted to add steelbook edition.

Yeah, I am pretty sure people would realize it is a steelbook edition by looking at it or holding it in their hands..
