I wanna get the new shout factory 'They Live' steel for example, how do I go about doing that?

To answer your question... you'll need to join a GB (group buy) which @apsmith21 usually hosts for US releases. That said, there isn't currently a GB for that particular steelbook, but he does plan to do one eventually, so I suggest you keep an eye on the release thread (link below) until one is announced in there. When the time comes, joining the GB should be pretty straight forward, but please feel to contact myself or another Mod/Staff member if you need further assistance.
