I am thinking of getting a Nvidia Shield K1 (aka the 2015 model of the Shield). Does anyone here have one, if so what are your opinions on it? I have read several reviews but would like an owners opinion
I don't want to spend loads on a tablet, the main use of the Shield will be to read comics, watch movies and play games. I am planning on getting a 128gb Micro SD card, so the 16gb internal storage size doesn't bother me much. I am aware the battery life isn't great but I am rarely actually on my tablet for hours of solid use, usually just 15 mins here and there.
My current tablet is the Nexus 7 (2012 model) which is showing it's age, runs quite slow now and is no longer supported by updates.
The £150 price tag for the Shield is perfect for my budget
