I also prefer the look of the German edition to this one. Just the fact that it doesn't have English subtitles is very unfortunate.

I'd forgotten about that. Thankfully I also have the UK steelbook, so can just watch that disc instead.

I just ordered the German Ultimate Edition the discs extras especially for the 2 Disc Blu-ray of Creature Designers: The Frankenstein Complex Documentary is what got my interest.
Majority of the discs extras in german ultimate edition are in English Audio
It's only the film that is in spanish language with german only subs
Film wise I have UK and US steelbooks to watch with english subs

If the Kimchi steelbook is still in stock in November I will consider then If I will get it or not

The German ultimate edition makes it complete for me for now

Personally, I’m happy enough with the U.K. release from a good few years back. Also have the Mondo release. As nice as this edition is, don’t think it’s worthy of a triple dip!

I always ask them to declare between $16 - $18 to be on the safe side. But when you check out they ask you what to declare so put in whatever value you like, and yes merchandise, it is less suspicious than gift!

Good thing about kimchi is you can change all the merch/gift options and amount after the purchase. You go to the order and amend it.
