Just picked one up for my buddy G:Box as well as one for myself. Wanted to make it to Future Shop to check out theirs, but never had time on my lunch break.
Alliance did an amazing job with this HMV edition. Beautiful art design, nice glow-in-the-dark action and a wicked green Blu-ray case underneath it all.

I think it's the slipcover from the standard 2D Canadian release.
Sinthetic is correct. That's the slip to our regular 2D release.
