You guys tell me if I am patient or not lol…I paid for the E3 editon on November 11th of 2021 and I just received today!!! WHAT!!!!! I know right….fantastic edition for sure, I think this is the first Lenti that is amazingly crisp from filmarena….so worth the wait but I don’t think I’ll do something like this anymore!

I guess I'm the most super patient on this release, never chase anyone on this until they finally released it and still patiently waiting for it but few months back starting to enquire the status as most member already received their copies

today another member here whom i tagged my GB along told me that he was informed that both our copies couldn't be secured

to be fair, options were given for refund or give more time to secure from other source

I seriously do not want a refund and to be told this after 3 years? is really disappointing

Can please explain why the GB copies can't be secured @CollectorEmtee @carllenc

Wow, when I was joking about one old guy working at their warehouse, I was wrong. That guy is also an amputee, 'mentally challenged' - because we don't say the 'r' word now, and is delivering each copy by hand, personally, walking on his 1 foot. There's no other explanation for FilmArena's 'work', that is also got them so 'busy' they haven't been able to proceed with any other two dozen releases...

I guess there must be some kind of confusion because we dont have you listed in any of our Predator group buys.

Most copies were already shipped out and we gave everyone the option to cancel for a full refund.

Yes. 100%. Most collectors aren't bothered with FAC anymore.

This saddens me for only the fact that I wanted to at least get another embossed full slip for Aliens like they did for Prometheus/Covenant.

I was eyeballing some of their lenti magnets with a view to putting them on some of my WWA's.... But they wanted to charge me more for postage than the cost of the lenti magnets.

Following the whole discless fiasco, this just adds to the many reasons FAC are going further down the toilet. It's a shame really.

the shop is still active and they ship pretty fast, ordered there recently - but nothing new on the other hand

It's a quality steelbook no doubt.

But I also loved their Blade Runner 2049, Logan and Alita Battle Angel exclusives.

It's a pity they went tits up because their WEA steelbooks were very good.

It must be annoying for the die hard collectors who purchased every title and this is what happens.
I only used to get the manic boxes and the odd title , only have a couple of them Alita springs to mind.
Even some other retailers are quiet than usual but manta just keep pumping them out.
Maybe a good things now less and saving a bit of cash as i always purchase one clicks and sometimes even several of same movie from different retailers.

To all; It's a rather unfortunate situation, which to be fair to them, isn't FAC's fault. They are, like all labels, restricted by what physical media they can release in their region.

Fox merged with disney (hence no Aliens), and disney have essentially pulled from czk since. Similar story with Sony, and Paramount apparently aren't willing work with FAC anymore.

This leaves them with WB and Universal, and the applicable WWA steels available in Europe. It sucks, and by the seems it's only getting worse (post GvK being discless), but it is what it is.

There are a dozen prepaid preorders, not a single one shipped out since Predator!
