We continue to see more and more PlayStation and PlayStation 2 games finding their way to the PSP. The latest game getting the PSP port is Konami’s PS2 game Shadow of Memories, also known as Shadow of Destiny. Japan will get the time-travelling adventure in UMD format, and presumably downloadable format, on October 1.

The game stars time-travelling Eike, who suddenly gains said ability after he dies. Your goal is to prevent Eike’s death. Of course, it’s not that simple. As the story progresses, you are presented with some choices that will have an impact on the ending of the game.

Konami originally released the game in 2001 on PlayStation 2. Japanese gamers can get their hands on the PSP version on October 1. There are no plans to publish the game internationally at this time.
