You may be surprised, these media books don't seem to sell out as fast as you would imagine. A lot of them are only available through specialist outlets so they tend to be around for a while.

Looking at the information they do ship to the US. I was going to order from there but it was very complicated. They would not accept PayPal and I think they wanted bank transfer so I don't use them.

My guess would be that that they are region B locked, But I´m sure one of serious slasher movie collectors will soon confirm either way.
