Looks like a custom to me. With that horrendous crackle finish some people used to do. WWA steel with a custom homemade finish

Very nice! It has one of those mosaic finishes to it, that's so cool. I have a German Clash of the Titans that has that type of mosaic finish, one of my favorite steelbooks. Even if its custom work it would be worth it imho. Very nice!
