I'm starting to get concerned that this one is not going to happen. All the others that I thought were in this same wave are available to order, have artwork, etc., but not this one. Anyone heard any more about this?

I think it will happen just not in January. I think there will be another wave later in the year including this title and the others which are not in the January wave. I believe this is getting a regular Blu-ray release in the USA some time in 2013, so I think we can expect this release to be released around that time.
