except for the discs, the rest is the same as previous release... so pass and wait for non-limited slipcase.
If you want be sure to have both Director’s Cut and Theatrical Cut get the limited edition

When arrow done a standard edition of Robcop on Blu-ray that was 1 disc only directors cut

Previous standard edition on Blu-ray was just 1 disc

It's possible arrow may be different when come to standard 4K UHD release include both discs but it may end be same as what they did for standard blu-ray edition
