managed to get 1 each of the full, lenti, and 1/4 slip somehow, but this is stressful and seems to be very much luck of the draw. With some of the upcoming titles we are really going to need some improvement here to have a legitimate chance at anything.

Bad gateway several times. Order failed. Bad gateway again.

Finally managed to check out. Card crashed and had to do paypal afterwards. Which then crashed when returning to kimchi order page after paypal had finished.

20 minutes to checkout. Wow.

Did not enjoy at all.

Only took 22 minutes. Tell you what though guys, never order using McDonald's free wi-fi, it was a nightmare

They shouldn't let you loose what's in your cart given this overly slow server.

Full slip and 1/4 are gone. Both Out of Stock.

When paying you can ignore the virtual keyboard bit just input the details - the SEND button is on the far RIGHT so you may need to scroll the screen across to hit it once you've put your details in. I did.

For those who think they've paid but may have issues here is what to do. First check your Kimchi account - if your order is there then you are fine. You may not always get an email confirmation.

If your payment went through it will say "Payment Completed" next to your order. If that is the case you are good to go - go about your day.

If it says "Receipt of Order" instead then your payment has probably gone through fine but needs to be tallied with your order. Tony normally does this shortly after the carnage has died down so leave it a couple of hours and check back. If it is still showing that, then check your credit card/paypal account for the payment. If it is showing there then send an email to:

[email protected]

Stating your order number and that you have paid, what method you paid by and that you have confirmation. He will then manually update your order.

So no need to stress and I hope everyone got what they wanted.

Really did everything right, everything ready before time, new laptop purchased for better performance (yes, really!!), logged in....and for 13 minutes could not get to add either full slip or lenti even to the cart....a terrible joke of a website, and the worst kimchi experience I have had till now....was finally able to order lenticular but full slip was out of stock...

I cannot understand what or how the scalpers do what they do to get all 700 covered in 13 minutes when I could not even get it into my cart....and am really sad that Kimchi continues to put us through this frustration every time....

Took me 20 Minutes to order only the lenticular

Same here. All kinds of problems. Finally managed 1 lenti had to delete 1/4 as sold out by the time I got to the cart
