What an absolute farce that was. Never before have I wanted to rip my own face off while trying to simply order a steelbook.

Finally managed to get the Lenticular (not my first choice), but not after a bloody frustrating 20 minutes.

Ordered the full slip with ease but the lenticular slip was a nightmare. At about 7:05 I was unable to get back to the checkout screen until around 7:20. Iron Man is going to piss off a lot of people, especially if it is not limited to 1 copy per person. Not to sound like a broken record but something really does need to be done about the Kimchi website. With the money they make from all of us loyal customers it is the least they can do.

I'm absolutely gutted. Had all three versions in my cart all the way until I pushed the paypal option. Then the message popped up telling me I had oos items in my cart.

Really did everything right, everything ready before time, new laptop purchased for better performance (yes, really!!), logged in....and for 13 minutes could not get to add either full slip or lenti even to the cart....a terrible joke of a website, and the worst kimchi experience I have had till now....was finally able to order lenticular but full slip was out of stock...

I cannot understand what or how the scalpers do what they do to get all 700 covered in 13 minutes when I could not even get it into my cart....and am really sad that Kimchi continues to put us through this frustration every time....

I don't think it was entirely up to the scalpers. The popularity of the movie was underestimated I guess, and the full slip looked awesome.

Hopefully the planned server upgrades are done by the time Iron Man goes up. That one will be absolutely insane if it's left as is.

Managed to get x1 Full Slip and x1 Lenti after a ton of errors and an empty cart and the redirect off of PayPal failing. At 4AM West Coast time, there was flailing and cursing.

And I think HDN can collectively tell Choi, "We told you so!" on the full slip's desirability.

Bagged myself 2 full slips and 2 lenticulars!!!

And before peeps get upset.. the extras are going to a friend.

My cart crashed halfway thru checkout the first time.. and I had a panic attack. Luckily was able to stay calm recover and re-add everything. Had no issues after that. In fact after the first crash the server seemed to work fine for me.

I honestly don't think the scalpers got that many. Max order for the full slip was 2 per account and, with the checkout process taking so long (and the site crashing a lot) I doubt many people would have time to focus on multiple accounts. So unless they have a posse of people all checking out a once it would make no difference and, in that scenario, they would only have the same chance as everyone else of getting one.

Plus, I don't think the lenticular is a bad second choice. It's the copy I'm looking forward to the most.

Kimchi really needs to upgrade this customer experience- as of now it's a joke. As much as I LOVE their exclusives, this process is getting really tired. I was unable to secure the full slip as I wanted. The order limit should have been one per person, and if the servers could not handle the traffic the minimum Kimchi should have done is offer another method to purchase this i.e. a GB. Hopefully Tony peruses this forum, and sees the desperation of the customers.
