I'll bet all 3 watchers are waiting to sell theirs rather than interested in buying it.......

It really was a bit of a roller-coaster 15 mins. My cart emptied twice, but I still managed to get some in the end.

Where's that guy that kept banging on about Kimchi making a mess of this one with 1/4 slip blah blah blah? 15-20 mins for 2500 steels is pretty impressive. Kimchi's servers can't be that bad if they dealt with that amount of traffic.

If they'd released it in small quantities at four times then their server would have gotten crushed at four different times as opposed to one - it wouldn't have really helped. Likewise they are trying to drum up business for their own site so using another would be problematic - all the payments would go to PA then have to be transferred to Kimchi, all the orders would be on the PA system and need transferring to Kimchi. It would make a lot more work.

They have said they are upgrading the servers and that is the only real solution, so fingers crossed that goes ahead ASAP.

Totally agree with you here.. it just makes it double/ triple the work to try and get one given how low the quantities are.

Imagine having to wakeup 4x times at 4am because you missed out before? That would be even MORE frustrating.

I hope they do, I don't care about rarity, I just want one (one in this case being the Rush Full Slip)

Totaly agree with you  and price will be more reasonable :scat: IM and Drive should get much bigger print run and still will sell out quickly:thumbs: everyone wins:oohyeah:

DISAGREE!! One of the things that makes these releases so valuable is how limited they are and how much trouble it takes to get one. You think if copies of the full slip were sitting around days after they went live people would be clammering to get them? Don't think so.

Sick and tired of massive print runs. Zavvi have shown how this kills/ over saturate the market. I hope Kimchi continue to stick with their current numbers.

I would rather miss out and have these be super rare so the chase to acquire them becomes even more exciting/ challenging.

Anyone know what's the average delivery time for a order to Rep of Ireland when its shipped

Hey guys and girls

If your order status is receipt of order and 100% sure thar credit card or paypal has been successfully completed,

do not worry. kimchidvd customer service will check order status then reply to your email.

please be patience to receive mail from kimchidvd.

I feel sorry who missed full slip and 1/4 slip.

sent from Galaxy S4

This worries me little as my account has not been debited. I hope they will be honouring my order placement and allowing me to pay for my order.

I have an order receipt and an email confirming. If I did not have this I would have gone back in for another go.

Mine haven't been debited either, but I paid with credit card, and payments don't show up on that straight away, so I really don't know what's going on! Hopefully they will email soon to set my mind at rest.

Do Kimchidvd ever release any order cancellations or uncompleted purchases again?

I have read a few posts on HDN but, so far, have never seen any anouncements when, or if, this happens.

hey guys, so my order is in the system, but I haven't gotten an e-mail confirm, and I don't think my credit card payment went through either.

Is this something people will normally e-mail Tony about? I got an order of 1 of each - full and lenticular, but don't want to lose them because of all the server trouble that was going on at the time, might have prevented my payment from processing.

Thanks for any help!

Very simple process. When you've completed your order but didn't finish the process of paying, the first thing you need to do is check your account and make sure that your order has been received. Second, to complete the order, write down your order number and go to PayPal and make a payment to:[email protected] and write down your order no. In the "notes" section and your order will now be finalized after sending Tony an email and noting it as regarding the payment you just sent. If your PayPal is lacking funds, then add the credit card you want to use as a "back up fund"
You do should have a paypal account...

P.S.
Please include your PayPal transaction I.D. when you send Tony an email regarding the payment you just made.

Well I am sick and tired of people who want limited print runs so that their purchases are valuable in the future. I buy steels I think are aesthetically pleasing, I don't give a rats ass whether they sell out and become grail or make money in the future. I don't care if they never sell out. More the merrier I say.the more people that are able to enjoy a work of art and possess something beautiful the better it is. Quality better than scarcity. I will never sell my steels so I don't care if they have 100000 print run.
