Samsung Lip Sync Issue

I'm thinking about getting a new TV and have been looking at Samsung H series. They seem to have great reviews but have read about a Lip Sync problem. Samsung have issued a firmware update that can be downloaded, just wondering if anyone here has installed the update, is the issue now fixed?

Can not help you sweethart . All I know is geting anything to lip sync with a thick Derbyshire accent is a work of blooming art .

After some more thought, I've decided to stick with what I know and look at another trusted Panasonic. Never had any problems with them in the past.
