Thanks again for offering up your help. I don't need to spend the money right now. I am more annoyed they still have not fixed the international order issue. There is still no way to select the correct state. It only allows cities in Mexico.

They could potentially have a lot more sales if they would just fix the problem.

Sorry to bump an old thread, but I didn't know where else to ask this. I have been trying to order from Sanborns without luck. I tried four times and my order keeps getting cancelled. The emails I get say my credit card data is invalid. I tried two different cards and there should be no problems as I've used them at all kinds of sites from all over the world. Is there any known problem using US credit cards at Sanborns?

Also, does anyone know if they speak English if I call them?

That is very rare they had some issues with the way to set up addresses but never heard about getting problems with payment, if you like sent me a PM with the rror message you got and I can try to firgure out what is the problem.
