Yeah I completely get where you're coming from...I really like everything about this release and I have the money for the ammo box so right now I'm just debating internally if I like this release enough to justify being price gouged on it. In all honesty I can't see them selling out of 3000 copies of this anytime soon at these prices...

I tried a test order with the item 'Payment Test', and there was no option to do anything with the value.

It does, however, allow you to add Instructions to your order, so I suppose you could try asking them there, but there's no guarantee they'll do it.

You cant order directly from HDZeta. You order through the GB host by just putting your name on the list.

Why did all of the prices increase from how they were yesterday. They were posted as $56 for the lenti, $53 for the PET, $50 for the 1/4 and $135 for the Ammo box shipped to us. Don't like that the prices changed after they were posted and everyone saw them.[emoji107]

I think the extra money is paypal fees.

I do feel the prices for hdzeta releases are pretty out of hand, but you know it is what it is I guess. I really like hdzeta steelbooks, it looks like they put a lot of heart into making steelbooks. Korea retailers release more quality products though, when you compare a slip from korea to a hdzeta slip, you know what I'm talking about plus there's almost a $20-25 difference (not including 3D discs). Blufans, the other china retailer, have at least stepped up their game when it comes to their slip boxes.

Don't get me wrong, this steelbook looks fantastic (just the steelbook but is it worth $65?). I also know that the economy is very different in China so I am taking that in consideration. Of course I'd feel a lot better if this steelbook was similar to anything kimchi sells $34.99!!!!!

Completely agree. HDZeta prices are a bit out of hand. I looked up prices on HDZ webshop and the lenticular version is 288 chinese yuan which is roughly ~$47 and it is kinda on higher side to begin with (China economy may be). If HDZ were shipping directly then it would only add no more than $10 to ship worldwide which is <$60 shipped to customer and about $20 savings for us.

I would appreciate if @wxlinkswd can tell us whether HDZ plans to ship directly in future?

Was all in for this, but think I'll bow out now. Not sure its worth the hefty asking price. And that's without paying local shipping fees on top ;(

I'm sorry for asking but will you consider to ship direct for future releases instead of hubs? It costs nearly $80 to have it in hands. This hobby begins to be a nightmare for my wallet

After much deliberation...I have gone from purchasing the Ammo Box to sitting this one out completely. I feel that if I purchase it at these outrageous prices, I am simply motivating them to continue raising prices with upcoming releases. I will wait with excitement for The Jurassic Park set, unless that too is outrageously priced, at which point I may be done with HDZeta altogether. Just my 2 cents. Good luck and I hope everyone who wants one is able to secure one tomorrow.

I would love to get the Ammo box, but trying to determine if the box and dog tags are worth the extra $20. Then there is the $6 or so for the shipping from the hub to me if I decide to not get it and go with the single releases.

I think direct shipping of the box is maybe a winner. You end up with hub shipping on just the last one (1/4th).
