Wait so all our orders are gine

Jesus. I had like 4 things in preordered from them.

I just don’t want to order again if it means double dipping by accident

Anyone got in touch with them about it.
 
It's crazy theyve not put a statement out yet or anything.

I've seen screenshots of replies that confirm orders are gone and not coming back and ones that say they are working on it but orders will still be fulfilled so I wouldn't put much hope in a CS response.
 
I had a response on Facebook and request cancellation of all my pre-orders. Hopefully it will be resolved. They Chat Bot is abysmal on the main website.
 
Just got charged for the Astro bot controller , nothing in my inbox regarding this from Game and I’ve already ordered from another company because of this mess ‍:confused:
 
Lots of people replying to this saying they've still not received Star Wars Outlaws or other games and no emails are being sent out with any orders still, such a mess. I really hope they stop getting exclusive things.

I’m just hoping by the time my first preorder comes everything is sorted out
 
Just got a shipping email for this from Game. Theyve switched from DPD to Evri and the tracking code doesn't work.

Also says expected delivery date is a week after release in the email.

Did you order again from them or is this from an order before the website lost everyone's orders?

Same here. This is the second order I placed that I paid in full for, the previous one was finally cancelled last week.

I assumed our orders were fine and we didn't have to order again as what the GAME rep told me

Jesus. This is awful.
Contact GAME just to make sure, but I’m under the impression that that is still the case.

Before I requested the cancellation of my original order, I was told it was still valid and there on the system.
