It's crazy theyve not put a statement out yet or anything.
I've seen screenshots of replies that confirm orders are gone and not coming back and ones that say they are working on it but orders will still be fulfilled so I wouldn't put much hope in a CS response.
Weirdly a friend just got a cancellation email from Game for their Alan Wake 2 pre-order (he hadn't cancelled it) so I'm not sure if this will be right any more
I had a response on Facebook and request cancellation of all my pre-orders. Hopefully it will be resolved. They Chat Bot is abysmal on the main website.

Just got charged for the Astro bot controller , nothing in my inbox regarding this from Game and I’ve already ordered from another company because of this mess
Lots of people replying to this saying they've still not received Star Wars Outlaws or other games and no emails are being sent out with any orders still, such a mess. I really hope they stop getting exclusive things.
