Despatched. But via RM48 (which probably means 48 days these days rather than 48 hours!). So although estimated delivery is Sun 18 Dec - Mon 19 Dec (and, yes, they have been delivering parcels on a Sunday for a while now), I'm not going to be holding my breath and fully expect this to arrive after Christmas now. Recent RM parcels have been arriving anything up to 5 days after their expected delivery date (even when I have received the email saying it's going to be delivered 'today', it's been several days later). And there's bound to be an even bigger backlog now in the run up to Christmas. Not that I'm complaining - I think that they should be prioritising things like hospital appointment letters etc. and anything else that is time critical. This certainly isn't (just nice to have).
