Ok guys, maybe really baaad news! Not all Steels confirmed...but some are confirmed (T3, Machete, Fast, Hanna) and amazon changed all the artworks(removed the j-card), so i list all possible steels of the wave!

But printed back and no inside print!

Ok, so i dont own Salt and got only a damaged Grren Hornet! But thats not a wave for us collectors! I am really angry! Why the hell they only produce rereleases, Warner, Sony...all the same!

I as a collector want movies in steels without a steelbook release yet!

you can get most of these sb new & without fsk for 20-30€ and if thats still too much look out for dented/scratched versions, they much cheaper and doesn't bother that much like an ugly printed fsk.

so the only expensive 1st print from this wave was zombieland und you can get the play.com version instead for the very same price.

there also somany non oop sb outhere for a reasonable price and not such an big issue that i see, even for new collectors, absolutely no reason in this.

Hey guys, deleted a few posts. Can we please try and keep the thread civilised. I know this is a hot topic and there will always be strong opinions when steelbooks are re-released but we need to keep the posts respectful. Everyone is entitled to their own opinion and there are many different kinds of collectors, some people will be happy about these re-releases while others won't be. Posting argumentative comments is not helpful to anybody.

Good news for us Zombieland collectors, bad news for new collectors! Cancelled Salt and Patriot!

They surely wont do this will they? They will seriously struggle to shift them if they are a permanent fixture! I only own 1 such steel and I hate it. Spoils the whole look.

I'll have to see if I can cancel some of my order if that is the case!

Good point. Given the printed logo issues and the fact that it puts potential buyers off, the sub 10 Euro scenario is very realistic, thank you

Well, sticker or not it has been confirmed by Wreck sometime ago that the Zombieland release will have a printed back or different art that differs from the original. Reasonable compromise for both camps I suppose.

I was really surpirsed to see the reaction on the forums just because "1" amazon call center agent said/wrote in a template style email that these logos will be fixed. I'm sure 99% of these representatives don't know what a steelbook is and most if not all of their answers are pre-written messages that are supposed to apply to all kinds of questions. All emails and chat responses I've been getting from them sounded the same and if you actually call them up, they would tell you something completely different and be all around clueless usually....

I'm pretty sure these logos are stickers like with the Matrix "rerelease" and by tomorrow this should be confirmed officially.
