Customs will be for everyone in EU. Don't know how USA is with this?
But marking item as low value or gift doesn't work anymore in EU. Customs still wanna have documents regarding purchase.

Are you sure about that ? Received last week in France WW Blufans Boxset and no customs. For this SM release I made 1 Click direct order and Weet confirmed me as usually they will mark 15$. I hope to get it next week without customs as well

Yeah. I'm hit everytime, even if it's marked as low value. Cause if VAT isn't included they ask to provide them with proof of purchase - bill, so...
Before 1st july if it was marked as low value i didn't pay anything. But now i'm paying for everything, despite price.
