Star Wars Blu ray movies in Steelbook?

True, but there's no doubt that Fox (like any studio with major franchises), sees this as a cash how, for nostalgic fans, as well as sci-fi film history, period. So they know they can "resell" the movies many times, with different bells and whistles. It's like that for most businesses, especially for studios when they release multiple versions (i.e. with slip cover, with holographic cover, with special Awards case, with free Yoda, etc etc etc). It allows them to sell catalog titles over and over. It's annoying for all of us (well for those, who don't want or need every edition), but it's just the way it is. And Lucas is a franchise in and of itself, so he, too will do all he can to capitalize on this release-the first time in Blu this may be one of the biggest sellers of all time. BUT, like always, if the reviews bash the release (and Fox/Lucas may decide to prevent advanced reviews), there may also be a huge backlash which could impact sales, as it did with LOTR. Everything surrounding these high-profile releases is interesting to watch, so I'll definitely be getting the Cinnabons ready for the side of my head like Leia and gettin' ready to watch it unfold ;)

And a quick reminder-if anyone wants to share news and thoughts about the Star Wars Blu-Ray release, in general, feel free to join and subscribe to the thread here http://blueraycenter.com/forums/showthread.php?p=86149#post86149
