I find it unbelievable that despite requesting a full or partial refund I'm still waiting around for them to 'investigate'. What has that got to do with me? If this was a £1000 item people wouldn't be so quick to let it go.

You don't think those horizontal scratched on ESB are worthy of investigation?
With up to 3,500 steelbooks involved you expect what exactly from Zavvi at this moment in time?

The partial refund I requested. You are aware that they have been handing out various amounts, including full refunds to some customers aren't you? You speak as if everyone is waiting and zavvi are going about this in a particular, intelligent way. By the looks of it they have no real idea of what they're doing and decisions seem to be dependant upon who reads an email.... as usual.

Actually they previously said they were waiting for an update from their warehouse, waiting to hear from their supplier is definitely a movement.... just not sure in which direction :D
No they have been saying that for weeks.

And waffle waffle waffle and Virkia still not hiding his four hundred pics

before they have sorted this fiasco out we will have received all of the rest of the Star Wars Steelbooks.

I am looking at cancelling the rest of my orders as so far the quality of the Steelbooks that I have received to date are less than impressive

Finally received my copy today. I haven't opened it but it does appear dent free. Like many of you there does appear to be several long and really visible scuffs going across the entire front.

One thing interesting I notice is that where the biggest scuff is on the front of the steelbook there is an identical scuff extending across the entire factory seal.
