Holy crap that's awesome! I can't wait to see pics, especially Kingpin! I've seen some pics starting to come out of Jango, he looks awesome, but I did see one where he wasn't fitting properly on the base . Sideshow QC strikes again! I saw a Clone Trooper PF on eBay not too long ago, I wish I would have paid attention to how much is sold for. I will be ordering ...it.. this weekend hopefully. I'm still waiting for my rewards to convert which should be tomorrow night or Sunday night. Rewards points convert 40 days after the item ships right?

Did you see this statue that Blitzway is making? Why would anyone need this? And more importantly, does it come with a swap out uncrossing the legs pose?

Sharon Stone was never in anything worth watching other than Casino. I liked their Marilyn Monroe statue and I can see why they would make her as she's a cultural icon...not so sure about this choice. They should have stuck with the retro starts and made Humphrey Bogart!

Yeah the Clone PF seems to be one of the few that hasn't skyrocketed in value. Not sure why, I think it's a pretty good looking piece. I don't think most of the troopers have gone up that much except the scout trooper (and maybe Rex, I've never checked on that one).

Triple H is in it? Yuck. I will totally admit to watching wrestling back in the 90s, I never did like Triple H.

I'm pretty sure Batzarro is the opposite of Batman just like Bizarro is the opposite of Superman! Isn't there a Bat-Mite as well?

My dad, who is a lot older most other dads of people around my age, always would make me watch old black and white films with him when I was younger. You might think that would actually make me want to watch the older movies as I got older, but it had the complete opposite effect, which is why I crave movies filled with F bombs and t*tties bouncing around everywhere . Having said that, I think I have seen Casablanca but I really don't remember for sure. I did see the Maltese Falcon, and I really liked that movie though! I also saw the Caine Mutiny, that was good, I think that was in color though.

Ha, that's pretty funny. My dad always just watched TV shows, about the only thing we ever did together was watched Seinfeld and sports. I need to see the Caine Mutiny, it's on my list! As is The Big Sleep. Maltese Falcon was great, but Casablanca is the best. Treasure of the Sierra Madre was good too. That's where that line "Badges? If I was just reading your posts here without knowing who you are I would have thought you were in your 50s or even 60s with your taste in old movies . Its possible I've seen some of those and just don't remember, I'm sure I've seen Casablanca. I actually like quite a few movies from the 60's and 70's, like the Godfather, obviously. And I REALLY like Dirty Harry. I also like Steve McQueen movies like Bullitt and Le Mans (I'm a big fan of fast cars), I also like Paul Newman movies. My dad is huge fan of James Dean, I think he was his idol, well him and Frank Sinatra lol. All my life my dad has gone on and on about how great he thought Sinatra was . So in my youth I watched a lot of Sinatra movies, as well as hearing his music constantly.

I love how you posted for me to post my top 10 favorite SW characters, while you just jetted out of here without doing so . Here is a list of how I feel about it right now, this list could literally change 30 seconds after I post it, and could continue to change every 30 seconds for the rest of my life lol. It will literally never be the same.

I just don't know how my childhood would have been if I wouldn't have had the Reeve Superman movies then, I really don't know what I would have even liked. Psshhhtt these dumb kids today with their dumb Marvel characters!

Han isn't in there right now. That can easily change though at any given second lol. But I think as far as a character created by George Lucas, I like Indiana Jones more than Han hands down. Indy would probably be one of my top 5 film characters of all-time. I still like SW movies more than Indy movies hands down though.

I figured Luke would be your favorite. I'm kind of upset Jar Jar didn't make your list though!

I honestly don't know how many of the movies I listed I would even watch again. They're good, but wouldn't be my first choice probably ever. I've seen Rebel Without a Cause at least 3 times. Well the Marvel movies are way better, I'm not going to try to deny that. Although The Dark Knight may be THE best superhero movie ever still. The movie wasn't bad, it's just too Michael Bay-like when all the mindless action and destruction happens.

So I found someone to take my Darth Maul PF order, I am just having it shipped straight from Sideshow to them. I got the 7-day processing e-mail last Friday that stated it would be charged on July 7. I then got another e-mail offering early processing for July 3rd if I wanted. I ignored that e-mail, but they took it upon themselves to charge me today anyhow (so basically they sent out a 1-business day shipping notice). Problem is that guy hasn't paid me yet so I had to get a hold of someone in customer service to stop the statue from being shipped. What a mess.

And yes, I do hate you.

Nah, I'm not doing Star Wars PFs anymore, they are too expensive. I'm only keeping the Fetts and five troopers. The only reason I didn't cancel Maul was because I used a crap ton of reward points so I figured I'd try to sell him instead. I'm really only collecting Marvel and Star Wars right now since I've pretty much sold all of my DC statues! And the only other Marvel statues I want are the Guardians of the Galaxy, Nova, and Bullseye. I'm not interested in the Avengers, the only comic version of them I like is (maybe I should say was) Captain America. There are quite a few DC characters I would like, but I'm waiting on statues I like.

But I haven't been too interested in reading comics lately, maybe I'm finally growing up? I'm almost current on Superman, that's about it.

Nah, I'm not doing Star Wars PFs anymore, they are too expensive. I'm only keeping the Fetts and five troopers. The only reason I didn't cancel Maul was because I used a crap ton of reward points so I figured I'd try to sell him instead. I'm really only collecting Marvel and Star Wars right now since I've pretty much sold all of my DC statues! And the only other Marvel statues I want are the Guardians of the Galaxy, Nova, and Bullseye. I'm not interested in the Avengers, the only comic version of them I like is (maybe I should say was) Captain America. There are quite a few DC characters I would like, but I'm waiting on statues I like.

I just can't figure out after all of this outrage and backlash why they haven't tried to do some type of reboot yet. Are they making so much off of the movies that they can just do whatever they want with the comics? I can't remember DC doing anything this drastic with the characters.

Wow, I didn't think you'd really go through with that plan. I'm quite proud of you! Did you cancel your Rey PF too? I really think I'm done with preordering stuff no matter what, even if that means I miss out on an EX. I just hate putting an NRD down on something along with rewards a year or more out from the piece coming out. I've gotten burned too many times already doing this. I also hate paying tiny monthly payments on something forever, if I have to flex something to afford it I'm just going to do 3 or 4 payments now. It seems if I don't have the piece in hand after 3 or 4 months after ordering it I'll already start losing interest in it.

Yeah I cancelled my Rey PF. I'm going to order the Hot Toys scavenger Rey so I'll have two 1/6 Reys for less than that PF cost. After Jango ships I'll only have two statues on pre-order with Sideshow and one of them had free shipping so I already paid the entire cost up front via paypal. Just going to have to pay off that dang Thanos every month. Then I have the Hoth Leia on order because I used my $50 gift card on her. Otherwise I'm just going to order 1/6 figures here and there when I can afford them and wait for XM or Prime 1 to make something I like! I'll probably keep an eye out for custom 1/4 statues too.

Did you get your next big purchase ordered?

I've already seen people selling their Thanos POs for $2K on facebook. I may end up doing that in the end and buying two XM statues! We'll see how much I like it when I get it.

Even BBTS is charging NRDs now, and some of their NRDs are 3 times the price of Sideshow's! The more I think about this hobby the more ridiculous I realize it is. I think at least the prototype Sideshow Thanos looks way cooler than XM's, but who knows how the production version will turn out. Are the people that are selling them for $2K getting people to actually buy them? If so that's something to think about for sure, but I know you really like the character. I'd say wait until you get it to see if you like it. With the EX you'll always be able to sell that one on eBay and break even on it at least if you don't like it.

I just can't get into HTs, at least not full blown. I don't have the room for detolfs unless I want to start getting rid of bestas and I still like statues more. I hope this is the year I wake up and end this stupid collecting addiction and start putting this money to more useful things. I actually don't have a single thing on preorder right now.

Yup, I did order it on Saturday night. Do you know if Sideshow is open today, or if they are closed through the 4th for the holiday? If they are open today it should ship tonight and I'll hopefully have it on Friday. If not I probably won't get it until next week.
