Yeah, saw the trailer a few weeks ago, real Megan movie, with actual Megan, that was born to play a sex robot doll!

I don't care that these movies are repetitive, and it's all been done before in other 'evil AI' and 'bad robots' movies. Since I'm a fan of near future sci-fi, and Blade Runner in particular, I love all such films on themes "what it means to be human". So this and recent afrAId were good for me. I just wish it was braver with its violence, like Richard Stanley's Hardware - you're already making a niche genre film, why not go all the way. Subservience seems like a PG rated Santa Barbara episode in that sense.
But there's an expected nice ending. I'd love an apocalyptic sequel, but there probably won't be one...

Oh, and I definitely would like a 'servient' like that for myself!

P.S. This is one of those Bulgarian movies, filmed at NuBoyana studio, so not only the robots, everything in this movie is and looks fake - the street, the backyard, etc, all obviously filmed in a hangar. Many, most films are made like that, but for some reason NuBoyana ones are particularly obvious in their fakeness, cheap look. I've never seen a good quality production from there yet.
AutoErotic is the name 'for copyright purposes' - I think that's a more fitting title.
