To answer your question, it would most defiantly be random. I base this information on Kimchi's 2nd exclusive:

Numbered: Yes (numbers to be given randomly)

And since T2 is a Kimchi exclusive I would think they would give the numbers out the exact same way as with their other exclusives. Hope that clears it up!
