Why does my Avatar change on its own from Real Steel to Safehouse??

Perhaps the wrong place to post but I still see the Real Steel avatar. Issues with cache perhaps?

Tracking for EMS shipments (number begins EM) is comprehensive, but Korean registered mail shipments (number begins RR) are only tracked until they arrive in the destination country.
