Yes but you wrote there was a problem charging my card...i wad just wondering when you’re going to charge my card again. I have the money on my account but it was over a week ago you last tried to charge for my order.

Check my account. I order all the time from you.
I’ve ordered for thousands of pounds. This is the first time there’s been a problem taking payment.
I know i’m not alone on this. Most of us who ordered a year ago (at a better price) had their orders stuck at processing. While those who ordered this month (at a higher price) has alteady recieved theird. What kind of business practice is this....im really dissapointed.

Demand for this had been more than the supplier expected when shipping this to use.

For that reason we waiting for more stock to fulfill the pre-orders, the stock we have is allocated to the pre-orders and is waiting to be dispatched.

In regards to paying the lower price, I assure that this has no impact on shipping it to you.

Why are people who ordered this last week getting their orders, when I who ordered last year got mine stuck in limbo? What queueing system have you got? You don’t inspire much confidence to order these editions from you. If you don’t fix this i’ll take my business elsewhere.

Oh...and that all orders are already allocated for other pre-orders is bullshit. It’s still available from your your shop where it says ”ships within 24 hours”. Send me one of thoose whydontya....

Can someone give me a real answer instead of this pre-written **** I’m getting.

My god, how irritating! They don't care at all! And all those pre-written answers over and over... The only one who made an effort was the one telling you that he was a collector, and all the effort was dedicated to cheat you into keep on waiting instead of getting your order shipped.
 
My payment failed again, have updated so waiting patiently - dreading the sold out email x

They are just going through the motions they will either tell me its dispatched and it will never arrive or theyll tell me its now sold out and refund me. Coincidence that they have taken payment off me at the same time as it being sold out.
 
Well for those that have followed my story, my 2nd order i made Monday for £180 was shipped yesterday and delivered today.

My initial £125 order is still sitting there as processing. Therefore i can 100% confirm they are prioritising the more expensive orders first.

Now just the matter of getting my £55 refund!!! Wish me luck.

Just spoken to them. £55 refund issued with no fuss. Should be in my account with 3-5 days. Fingers crossed.
they kept their word to me, got refunded ;)
Zavvi's acting on these cheaper T2 orders is still a disgrace!
 
Just to give you guys a different take on zavvis unpredictable dealings.

1. They sent my order really early and I was one of the first to receive it

2. They sent me limited number 0001.

3. But what's really amazing is how they managed to charge my credit card 124.99£ when it had expired 3 months ago!!!!!

Who do you bank with, might I ask? I had this before with TSB and it was something to do with the fact that the payment had been preauthorised at the point of pre-order, it still allowed it through. Yet with other banks I haven't found that to be the case x
