Given that the front isn't Arnold's face (it's more of a Photoshop overload - even when we're talking about an actor playing a robot), you can bet your ass that the back isn't Emilia Clarke's tooshie.
They probably just pasted her head on that body afterwards (another poster features Emilia in an awkward position too). Seriously, the people who did artwork for the promotional campaign of Terminator Genisys should have their Photoshop licence revoked, it was awful on every level. Good luck to FA to come up with something decent to put on the full slip/lenti.
