The Deluxe Edition is only available direct from Flesk Publications and Brom and comes with an additional 16 pages of art not found in the Trade Edition.

Unique to the Publisher and Deluxe Edition is a bonus 16 page section titled "Behind Closed Doors." Brom has included a rare glimpse into his studio, and an in-depth showcase exploring his creative process, including sketches and preliminaries.

This Art of Brom Deluxe Edition is a 225 page, 9x12 inch hardcover art book with slipcase. This edition is limited to 500 copies, of which less than 40 copies are still available. Exclusive to this edition is a bound in plate reproducing an additional illustration. Each copy is numbered and signed. Orders ship in June 2013.

The Art of Brom is the largest, most comprehensive retrospective ever published on the work of this extraordinary dark fantasy artist.

Brom has collected together the very best of his art spanning his 30 year career. Many pieces have never before been published. Brom has written an insightful autobiography sharing his artistic journey from his earliest childhood drawings, his frustrations with commercial art, challenges breaking into the industry, to his years working in games and film, and insights into his latest personal works.

Brom’s art is a harmony of extremes: dark and beautiful, haunting and inspiring, majestic and raw. The Art of Brom is equally diverse. Here are images made iconic through his illustrated novels and his work in film and games.

Many of the book’s images, including those previously published, have been rescanned from the original artwork, and color-corrected by the artist himself, ensuring meticulous reproduction quality. Furthermore, this collection is designed by Brom allowing him the opportunity to arrange his art in a personal manner, with large full-color images and details to show his brush work.

So when I was at SDCC this year I was wandering around the Fantasy Art area and passed by the Flesk art booth, I think they also do the Spectrum book. I had seen Brom's art before and had met him at SDCC in 2013 but was already out of cash at the time.

This year though I saw they were selling regular editions of the book that were damaged very cheap however I also noticed they also had a slightly damaged deluxe edition on sale for $75 instead of the normal $250. I decided, even though I was over budget that it was worth it and bought it.

The only issue it has is that the spine did not come out perfect in the slipbox which if I don't point out the issue you likely would not notice it. I am ultimately glad I did cause the art is amazing and it's a really well bound art book. Though technically my copy is not part of the numbered 500 it is just xx out of 500. So it is in it's own limited class since they only had the 500 print run and like the 20 over print books to account for damaged copies.
