Manta Lab is releasing a new line of steelbook and we are offering the CP steelbook first to those who have purchased the [ME#52] The Batman Exclusive Steelbook. We will send the order & invoice to our customers to match the edition they've purchased. Remaining copies will pre-order on March 31st.
Dear Collectors,

We are thrilled to announce the release of our first CP Steelbook [CP#000] The Batman. We have partnered with CP licenses to produce collectible steelbooks at a much lower price point, without including the movie discs. As an exclusive steelbook company, our goal is to always provide amazing designs and high-quality products for every movie steelbook, and we are excited to expand our collection with this new product line.

Unlike Homevideo Steelbooks, some movies may not have sufficient materials to work with, so not every release will be available in this product lineup. Additionally, we will only work on movies for which we can guarantee the quality of materials.

We understand that this concept may be new to our collectors, but we hope to receive the same support for our new lineup as we do for our existing products.

Thank you for your continued support, and we look forward to sharing more amazing steelbooks in this lineup soon.

Best regards,

Manta Lab

If anyone (preferably in the UK) wants to sell just the empty OC box for this (CP only, not the HV release) give me a shout!

I've just added tracking details to the Shop Order and Shipping Invoice Spreadsheet for group buy orders. Hang tight for the next 2 days before checking tracking and wondering why there is no update.

I just got my Lenti edition, I never liked the original mantas release for the Steelbook and when I saw this immediately jumped on it since I like the art for the Steelbook much better…oh boy this Steelbook its awesome, I’m so glad I went for it….now from all the slips I like the Lenti better but not even close to my original DL, so I’m gonna do my Frankenstein lol and put this Steelbook inside the OG DL ! I may give away the original Steelbook…

@NateDog Seems limited feedback, but overall positive opinions... Ninja's what is your thoughts on this after 3 years?
I think this might have been my second OC ever, right after EEAAO. I think both being relatively cheap bargains made the choice easier (why would anyone want 3 copies of the same steelbook and it doesn't even include the film!?), got them for £112 and £107 respectively, wish I could get some more OCs I need for those prices now...

I liked the FS the least, feels like it's duplicating the steel and the back is not the most convincing composition ever but I quite like the SL and DL, as I said elsewhere if I had to keep only one copy it'd be the DL but I found a cheap opened copy of the disc version FS and as the discless FS duplicates the art I opted to keep the disc FS and the discless SL. I'll probably change it around depending on what they do with the sequel.

I've had both the CP DL and the SL. The main theatrical poster works much better on the ME steel than it does on the CP DL, so I sold the DL, but the SL is excellent. I LOVE the steel. It's the exact front poster art I wanted on a steel/slip in the first place.

That being said, if you're only going to own just one release of this film, the CP DL is the best overall package for art imo. If you can stretch to two, ME DL and CP SL. CP FS sucks btw.

I think both releases are great. Both have strong steels and OC boxes but it’s all about the Full Slip and Double Lenticular with this release and both the lentis with the normal release
