I Just got a update email from second sight

Thank you for contacting us recently regarding The Blair Witch Project replacement disc programme. We are expecting to begin shipping of replacement discs in the second week of February. We had hoped it may be sooner but due to the Christmas and New Year period, manufacturing is taking longer than expected. We will email again to confirm when discs are being sent.
