German e-tailer bmv.medien has it HERE, at the same price as DTM (24.99 EUR) but they too are pretty expensive for postage - 16.50 EUR to Spain!

I suspect that Amazon.de don't have it as it is so limited in numbers - just 1000.

Got my copy today from Amazon and it's smaller than a normal mediabook but a little bigger than a G2 size blu ray.

The default seller is a 3rd party seller. Switch it to Amazon and you should be able to check out.

I never thought about Amazon doing a default on the seller page other than themselves!

I think they advertise the lowest price for orders fulfilled by Amazon, and in this case it was 3rd party. No problem
