Hopefully the transfer is good as the Japanese one, because that one is pretty awesome.

Yes, the German version BD is pretty bad. The JP version is the best so far. Can't wait to see the US version. Love the movie. Cheers.

I read a review that says this release's PQ is better than the JP version.

That´s my favorite movie! I hope they release a really good version maybe even better than the expensive JP version. And please make it region free!

Looks like the upcoming US release is Region A locked, although there is also a Canadian release coming out the same day that's most likely the same transfer (not sure if its locked or not).

There's also a new German version coming out on November 10th, so maybe look out for that one and see if its the same transfer as the new US version.

@ Rockafella the JP version is region free as far as i know but it´s damn expensive!

Theres a full review of the Crow blu ray on bluray.com. They gave it a overall score of 3.5/5 recommended.

The video scored a 4/5 and the audio a 4.5/5, so I guess it looks/sounds pretty good!

Bummer the UK transfer is no good. Do you guys just buy the steelbook and replace the disc inside with another?

Yes i will but i´m still waiting for a good release that plays on my euro PS3 and doesnt cost a fortune.
