Oohhhh this is going to be fun

I don’t give a f**k If I’m on his blocklist and yeah that’s true many many many years ago I did message him to kinda apologise because I (can’t remember exactly what was said) but kinda felt a bit harsh and was just wanting to clear air - I’ve said other things to people over the years that I’ve regretted or it was too harsh and I’ve apologised to them over time which is a pretty normal human thing to do. But obviously over the years he’s got more obnoxious and parasitic so I don’t hold anything back in what I have to say about him. That’s that. Simple

And everyone here knows I don’t p!ss on every publisher and release. That’s ridiculous lol. What would be the point in collecting? Everything would be a headache. I praise any art I think is fantastic and the same with choices about slip arts and steel choices from premium retailers. I have been negative about some of mantas releases if I’m not a fan of the art choices or lenti qualities but I’ve been no different toward blufans, weet, nova, standard steels, box sets, collectors editions etc and I hold my hand up every single time and admit I’m wrong if the In hand product turns out better than the beauty shots. Every single time even if I don’t own that particular slip or release (that happens a lot with manta too - Anyway I literally bought the OC for dark knight yesterday - why would I if I was apparently so negative?). And the same if any of these retailers wow me in the beauty shots but it turns out rubbish in hand. Literally just lies lol

Favours? Not sure what favours I can ask. I once asked if they had any stock of something I missed on pre order and months later after the release they sent me an invoice which I know other people have done over the years too. I’ve ordered from them from day 1 so maybe they help Loyal customers out if they can which is nice. And maybe if I need a replacement which is absolutely standard for any customer!

I will say this though, I used to get on really well with someone from manta (and there are many members here who also chat to them over socials - an example is I found out they would be releasing Furiosa eventually because they told a friend in a message) and a few years back someone complained to them about me with a bunch of weird lies and I nearly had my orders cancelled. Hmmm, I wonder who that was?! (So if you’re finally starting to piece things together from this message - there’s a bigger reason why I don’t like this person and it’s not just because he scalps or runs a GB and although I knew it was him along he’s pretty much just confirmed it there with mentioning those really random lies/ details).

Anywho, I’ve always been honest and the person I used to talk to at manta, I’d praise where praise was due or comment on things I didn’t like which is no different to what I do here lol. For him to mention this, is very very weird though. Like very f**king weird. Because even if that was true, how would you know those things? Hmmmmm. Someone just gave themselves away me thinks….

I have zero issues with manta because over all they’re my favourite along with some others but yeah I do get annoyed at their art card choices and every so often a lenti isn’t as good in hand as it should be. Plus they could slow their release schedule down a little but I’m also not alone in thinking about those points. That’s standard feedback. And the feedback is no different to what other retailers get with certain releases, blufans for example (another of my favs) have had some stinkers in the art departments recently and even the lenti qualities at times)

Not sure why I’m explaining all this because it’s even weirder for that scum bag to mention all this along with words like bipolar. And this is considered a nice reply compared to what I could say. But there’s no point losing my cool over it because at the end of the day, his actions, morales and priorities will never change

On one hand this is the 'capitalist world' we're living in, and I think MantaLab is to blame if there are sellers with a dozen copies out there.
They should raise their prices by 10-15, and only sell direct, so there's more for collectors and less overhead for scalpers, since they'd initially cost more.

Also anyone talking offensively like Aniv would be banned on any normal, self respecting forum. Just saying...

You had no problems with the way I talk when you were asking for favors and paying shipping dues late and product cost late too when you could because your PayPal account had restrictions due to the Russia situation.

There are a ton of people on this forum who join multiple group buys and flip on the aftermarket, I don’t know for sure if you are one of them or not but atleast stop acting like you don’t know it’s happening.

Safe to say the new HDN GB will be invite only and available to select members; you didn’t make the cut

this has gotten way out of hand guys lol... you can go to his shop yourself and check the quantities and he has definitely not just added the usual group buy allocation to his shop to scalp

he doesnt add any extra group buy charges for himself, thus practically offers the service for free.. in order to get at least something out of it, he gets a small allocation to sell on his shop (with questionable pricing lol).. but so what? your chances of securing a copy are virtually identical (or better if you didnt ignore the gb)

thats usually what happens and idk why mantas not doing that... either increase the print run or increase the price as its clearly worth more to collectors than that and demand by far exceeds supply
