Did anyone else have an issue with the Digital HD code missing? Mine did not have the insert. I had to contact Warner Brothers and get them to add to my Ultraviolet/Vudu/Flixster account. I had to send them photos to do so. Just curious if anyone else had an issue with that. The steelbook is gorgeous.
