So they should reveal the art by then, right?

Answer from Second Sight :

The formats and editions of The Hitcher will be announced on Wednesday when the pre order link goes live at 1pm.

As many people will be interested by this title .... it may be sold out quickly and difficult to choose fast the edition we want as we don't know how many different editions we'll get.

Not good communication IMO for this matter.

Wonder if Second Sight have some exclusive artcards if ordered direct? Usually do with much anticipated Collector's Editions

I haven't seen any incentives to order direct - no bonuses, no lower price.
The only recent incentives ordering directly (as they haven't done exclusive art cards for a while) has been getting it 3-5 days before retail. You just have to weigh up the additional cost of postage (if it's less than £50 I believe) and supporting the studio directly.

Excuse Me Wow GIF by Mashable

Were there problems before?
Never had an issue ordering directly from them either, personally. Not aware of any issues either.
