This was released in cinemas in the UK on 17 August 2011. According to some online sources, plans were made for a US cinema release on 25 November 2011, but I never heard anything about it and my guess is that it never occurred.
The movie was released on Blu-ray and PAL DVD in the UK on 12 December 2011. The Blu-ray release contains an extended cut of the film as an exclusive, along with an '18' certificate (rated) version (which is also on DVD in the Blu-ray package) and the DVD-only package contains the '15' certificate theatrical version only.
The Blu-ray release of the film is REGION B LOCKED and 1080/50i.
The TV series airs uncut in the UK on E4. To date there have been three series of six episodes each and all three have been released on PAL DVD in the UK.
The TV series airs censored (both for language and occasional nudity) in the USA on BBC America, and to date, only the first two series have been shown in a single 12-episode "season". I have not seen any plans to air Series 3 in the USA, nor have I seen any indication of US DVD releases.
