HMV in UK have the Slipcover with Alternative Artwork as a Exclusive
I would assume has English Dolby Atmos in all countries releases
Amazon UK selling UK SteelBook
steelbook is available in many EU countries, including UK, France , Germany and Spain and of course, english will be on all discs in the world..
Picked this up for about £30, and finally did something I've been meaning to do for a while with amazon italy; I had them gift wrap it to try and protect it.
And it worked pretty well. They put it in a fabric tote gift bag, about 4 times the size of a steelbook, then wrapped the bag around it and put it in a large envelope. It wouldn't have stopped any serious damage, but it's definitely enough for the random dings you tend to get from amazon italy. Worth the extra 3 euros imo, and the bag is reusable.
