Yeah didn't care for this movie too much, will be an easy pass. Although bring on Hercules with Dwayne Johnson and I'm in for sure.

Really enjoyed this. Not the shambles of a release some would have you believe. Not sure about a steel yet but definitely worth it for me.

It had grand scale, awesome visuals, spot-on casting, and HELLACIOUS COMBAT! And honestly, that's all I needed! :thumbs:

My copy arrived today from amazon.fr. I'd be the first to agree that it's not a great movie but this has to be the best looking steelbook of this title out there, far superior to the artwork of the forthcoming German release.

In case anyone is interested, here's a brief resume of the French steelbook. The title is in French "La Legende d'Hercule". The gold banner is part of the front cover art. The title on the spine reads from top to bottom unlike most French releases. The reverse looks clear since the information is printed on a backing card. Haven't opened it yet but previous releases from Metropolitan have also had interior artwork. It's a 2 disc set consisting of a 3D/2D compatible Blu-ray plus a DVD. Region coded B/2. Languages: English DTS-HD MA & French 5.1. Sub-titles: French/Hard of hearing. Given this is from Metropolitan, the sub-titles are likely to be optional and not forced. Extras: Audio commentary; Behind the Scenes; Trailers.
