awsome, pre ordered LOTR EXTENDED EDITIONS, STARWARS FRANCHISE, and THE LION KING all this year, what else can i ask

the films have also been conformed us being split up over two blu ray like the old dvd version what a shame

Why would they do this? To make the film have the highest quality possible or make them more costly?

Putting the films on 2 BD's each is ok as long as they utilize the disc space for better PQ. I'm not happy about the 9 DVD's though. Sure we all know the extras were done in SD (and we all already have them) , but they could have all been put on 1 or 2 BD's and made the box 1/3 the size and a bit less expensive :angry:
I will wait for the inevitable single releases (and hopefully Steelbooks) :oohyeah:
