Nice to see this getting made to match the first two, surprised to see no Book of Boba Fett though. I didn't like that series but it's essential viewing for the greater story
Yeah Fett was such a let down like kenobi but happy to get them all for the collection and these great artworks

I'm just totally guessing here, but I don't think that this necessarily means that Book of Boba Fett isn't getting a steelbook. This wave has 4 titles, and I can see them not wanting more than 2 to be Star Wars shows. Since The Mandalorian and Ahsoka have new seasons upcoming, it makes sense to prioritize their releases first. They can very easily add Boba Fett into the next wave, if they want, since it seems really unlikely that it's going to get another season. But, yeah, overall it was just meh.

I don’t think he meant that. Think he meant more because the fett series in the story comes before this series so that should go up in this wave and Mando season 3 in the next. But it really don’t matter on the order I suppose. I’m 100% positive it will still get released like all the other shows and the Marvel stuff eventually

That makes total sense since Boba Fett bridges season 2 and 3 of The Mandalorian. Not sure why I assumed that from reading the earlier post. I was really only trying to say that I am guessing that they made that logical decision to first release the two Star Wars series that have upcoming seasons and will probably sell better.

This artwork is absolutely killer!!! Thanks Sony/ Disney for having the cojones to deliver on bringing all 3 seasons of Mandalorian to physical steelbook
Easily my favorite Star Wars film content since Return of the Jedi. Such a wickedly fun show!

Does this include the Mandalorian episode fo Boba Fett? Without it does it make sense going from season 2 to 3, it's been a long time since I watched this

Yeah they could include that and just leave out the one with jack black and lizzo :)
My guess is that they will release Boba Fett next year along with Acolyte.

I always hoped they'd do a recap of the Boba Fett appearances for those who didn't watch the show. It's that usual Disney mistake (hubris?) of assuming everyone is an OCD fan who will watch every single part of a franchise. I showed Mando season 1 & 2 to my parents in their 70's who really enjoyed them, but I honestly don't think they'd have any interest in Boba Fett, so it makes it akward if I was to go straight in to season 3 with them.
