So, we have the "Fake" and "Steelbook Price Drop" thread, but we don't yet have the thread where you post listings with "crazy" prices for Steelbooks. If you see any, post them here and have fun debating. As per forum rules, please remain respectful with each other-one person's "high price", could be another's "deal of a lifetime" score. Enjoy! :scat:

Please keep discussion to Ebay and other retailers, not private sellers.

even looks like there are scratches on the front bottom there.
i cant even imagine its worth half, its insane!

I thought the one whoever bids on Ebay must pay for the item if he wins it?

But it's no surprise the winner didn't pay for it, no steelbook is ever worth that much.

You are supposed to pay but not everyone does. All you can do is file a non payment claim against the buyer.

his auctions are always super high...seems legit -.-

omg 3 days left and at 775 GBP...you dont need to bid on his auctions...useless...he will always push it to super hardcore

I'm the one who got it to £755. :hilarious:

Keep getting out bided because the person who is the highest bidder has probably bided £1,000 :hilarious:

I agree he is to ambitious, I doubt anyone actually pays (most likely shill bidders). Seriously?, $1600 for Rambo & $1200 for T2 V2, it's insane. Too greedy plain & simple.

Guys, guys, guys, you are all wrong about the highest bidder. That bidder I know who he is - trust me :)

I recognise the partial letters and his exact feedback score. He is a member of the BD.com forum and he is a legitimate buyer. He has paid a lot for steelz, for example he paid nearly £200 for Let the Bullets Fly with booklet.

But good old Jimmy inflated the price for the legitimate buyer to pay which means good for the seller who shill bids anyway!

Wait, so somebody actually paid over $1,600 for John Rambo EEK!
Whoa!, so if his sells are real than there are some serious HARDCORE collectors.
Well, either hadcore collectors or suckers, depends on how you see them. I wouldn't
ever dare pay that much for a Steelbook.

No lol I am referring to T2 2.0 is a legitimate bidder, that JR is a shill bidder with 79 bid retractions or he was just messing around and nothing to do with the seller.

What a waste of money for one steelbook IMO.

Back to the argument of one rare compared to purchasing five normal. Or in this case buying one steelbook or 50 :hilarious:
