So, we have the "Fake" and "Steelbook Price Drop" thread, but we don't yet have the thread where you post listings with "crazy" prices for Steelbooks. If you see any, post them here and have fun debating. As per forum rules, please remain respectful with each other-one person's "high price", could be another's "deal of a lifetime" score. Enjoy! :scat:

Please keep discussion to Ebay and other retailers, not private sellers.

lol. Oh well fair play to him, he profits from the desperate customers that are more or less emotionally forced to buy his high price steelz.

PS - He has relisted MI4 Taiwan with slip for $400 best offer :naughty: - that's the one your after still?

I don't understand how he does it. Pretty much all my stuff is at least half the price of his. Shakes head.

Same Old , Same Old ... play it again Sam :hilarious:

some gy's on Ebay do try to take the Mickey

But I have got a lot of nice items from Ebay & I am Ok with it .. Except for the Charges EEK!

Scarce steels like Iron Man, Rambo, T2V2, Le Grand bleu, i mean the reel scarce ones can reach very high price on ebay. BUT when did we see these ones for sale here for the last time? just to compare what would have been the sale price.

what i notice, it's just higher price here by average. I have no problem with that. i buy or not like on ebay. i only find the denigration of ebay unfair.

love this thread, members ***** and moan about prices on ebay and then when they go to sell they charge the same stupid prices on here, hypocritical to say the least

Exactly grospaquet31's point :)

I believe this thread's fonction is to point out the ridiculous prices that some sellers on eBay are asking, a perfect example would be that guy who's trying to sell the HP FS collection for $700 when 6 out of the 8 movies can still be found in stores for $15 + taxes. Pointing out a very rare steelbook being sold for the "market" price is not, especially when anyone selling it would probably ask for the same price or more.
