Based on the best-selling novel by Stephen King, The Outsider premieres January 12 on HBO.

The 10-episode series follows police detective Ralph Anderson (Ben Mendelsohn), as he sets out to investigate the mutilated body of 11-year-old Frankie Peterson found in the Georgia woods. The mysterious circumstances surrounding this horrifying crime leads Ralph, still grieving the recent death of his own son, to bring in unorthodox private investigator Holly Gibney (Cynthia Erivo), whose uncanny abilities he hopes will help explain the unexplainable.

Only found out about this the other day. Recommend by a few. Must say I f***king love it.
It’s a tad slow but it’s quite eerie and the performances are excellent. Feels like David fincher could of made it

Hope you enjoy man. I binged 8 episodes in one sitting not realising there are 2 more left. If I had known it was 10 episodes I would of probably waited until after next Monday.

But yeah it’s great. It’s a bit slow but very well made
